I go to settings and set it to as low as it can go, but it has no effect. It's as though the sensitivity is maxed out, with maximum acceleration.

The first thing I notice on the menu screen is that my mouse moves WAY too fast. The patch installation goes OK, and the game automatically starts up. I go to and get the latest patch for the game, 1.5, and begin by installing that patch. Start, All Programs, and nothing there for Fallout 3. Fallout 3's install went well, but it didn't create any shortcuts in my start menu for some reason.

I've had the game, sitting in plastic, for about 3 months, so I was pretty excited to check it out. I finally decide to unwrap my Fallout 3 and install the game.
